Lease a BMW 1 Series for a more affordable option

Car leasing has been popular for so long now, as we all know that car leasing offer various advantages to its consumers and one of the most popular choice of car for car financing is the BMW 1 Series. We all know that any BMW 1 series for sale will surely be of a quite expensive price tag.

Majority of the BMW 1 series drivers have nothing to say about the said car brand but all praises. Recently the BMW 1 series has its updated version and has various features like the 3.0 liter I-6 engine with an ability to produce power levels of up to 172 kilowatts at and speed of 6500 rpm. Hailed as the 2010 1-series, this newly revamped BMW car has a torque of 271 Nm at a speed of 2750 rpm. Other than that, the car’s engine will have a bore size of 85.0 mm, have a compression ratio of 10.7 and a stroke of 88.0 mm with is four valves per cylinder. It also features variable valve timing and a double overhead cam.

The new series model has features like the strut front suspension that has the coil springs and stabilizer bar. The new model also has an improved stability control, and anti lock braking system, immobilizer, and brake assist system.

BMW Z10

For many, it may seem hard for an automaker to claim the mantle of “The Ultimate Driving Machine” without a truly exhilarating supercar to act as a halo to define the brand.
That could explain why, following previous reports that it had canned any plans for a mid-engine supercar, new reports suggest that BMW is proceeding with development of just such a vehicle.

Tentatively dubbed Z10, the most ultimate of driving machines would, according to the latest churns of the rumormill, take advantage of lightweight materials – including carbon fiber, aluminum and magnesium – to keep weight down, while offering more space inside than a Porsche 911.

The jury’s still out on what engine would find itself placed in the middle of the taut chassis, with the company’s award-winning V10 reportedly axed in favor of a twin-turbo six (in either V or inline configuration) delivering somewhere in the vicinity of 450 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque through an eight-speed dual clutch gearbox.

Adaptable aerodynamics, a supplemental hybrid electric motor and thermal-dynamics system are also tipped to be part of the package, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see some of the styling elements from the new Vision EfficientDynamics concept make their way into the production Sport Car vehicle.

The supercar is supposedly projected to bow with a $110,000 sticker price about five years from now… that is, if it’s actually ever produced at all.

BMW Blue Dynamics Concept

Nice one from designer Stefan Radev comes out with BMW Blue Dynamics Land Yacht, wind powered vehicle concept. It consists of three wheels and a sail. The name “Blue Dynamics” combines a symbolic connection of the wind(air) and BMW “efficient dynamics”, “active hybrid” greener emmision programs.

The concept has a rigid sail to harness the energy of the wind, and the driver can adjust the sail from the cockpit. Entry to the cockpit is through the concept’s elevating windscreen
